My Story

Alfie, a spirited little kitten with a heart full of fun and mischief. Alfie is not just any kitten; he is a bundle of joy wrapped in fur, ready to turn your home into his playground! One of the unique traits of Alfie is his unwavering desire for attention. Alfie thrives on interaction. He eagerly awaits your participation, whether it's a gentle toss of his favorite toy or a game of hide and seek. Engaging with him not only keeps him happy but also strengthens your bond. He can spend hours chasing feathered toys, leaping and pouncing with all the grace of a small tiger. The fluttering feathers stimulate his natural hunting instincts, providing both exercise and entertainment. Whether it's a crinkly ball or a bell toy, Alfie loves anything that jingles. The sound captures his attention and draws him into a world of playful exploration. You'll often find him batting around these toys, creating his own little symphony of joy. PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states. Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and flea/tick prevention. You can visit our website at www.forpetssakerescue.org for our full adoption process and adoption application. We are currently unable to adopt pets to ME and RI residents.
