AS - Birch

Hi, my name is Birch! I was rescued from a feral colony with the full intention of getting me ready for my furr-ever home - so, here we are!! So, let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a real fun guy to have around. I really like people. I love attention and have a bit of a big personality. I do have my favorite toys, but really - I can make a toy out of anything! I am quite the treat hound, so, when I am perched on a lap, I might be one to guilt you into giving me some. There is a dog in the house, but we haven't been 'formally introduced' - it might really depend on the breed, size and age of the dog, but slow introductions are always best. Being from a feral colony, there were lots of cats around and there are some here, and I do ok with them. I would do ok as a single cat, but only if the humans are attentive - I really prefer to have family near me - either two legged or four legged. I have lived an indoor only life since rescued and that suits me just fine (have you been outside lately? Yikes, it is cold and wet out there!) I tested negative for FELV/FIV, and current on my shots and am very good with the litterbox. I will be microchipped as a part of the adoption process.
