We don’t understand. AT ALL. Beatrice – this stunning, affectionate, and docile cat – was recently surrendered to All But Furgotten nearly two years after her adoption. The reason isn’t perfectly clear; the owners said they just couldn’t keep her any longer. This poor baby was terrified on arrival at our shelter and who can blame her – her world was turned upside down and everything familiar was ripped away.
Beatrice has had a couple of weeks to adapt to her new surroundings, and we think she’s just PURRRFECT. She bravely emerges from hiding to explore the shelter. She has made friends with her kitty companions. She lovingly climbs into the volunteers’ laps settling in with a resounding purrrrrr. She’s an ideal little lady. It’s perplexing to understand how her former owners could give her up.
Don’t worry. We’ve got you, Beatrice. We will keep you warm, fed, and loved and we will find you an amazing new home. A FOREVER home this time.
All of our adoptable cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea treated.
