If there are other animals, they should be very chill and independent. Bella needs an adopter who is not only aware of her special needs but is also willing to work with her urinary incontinence. This means expressing her bladder regularly and understanding that, despite using the litter box, she may have difficulty holding her urine overnight, even when her bladder is expressed. She also successfully removes diapers.
