Follow her foster adventures on Instagram @fetaandherfosterfriends! Name: Berry Best Guess for Breed: Domestic Short Hair Age: 3 months (Est. DOB: 8/16/24) SEX: Female Approximate Weight: 2.75 lbs a/o 10/30 Coloring: Black Type of Hair: Short Gets Along With: Because of her young age, Berry will likely get along with other cats, dogs and kids with an acclimation period. We're happy to help with tips and tricks! Lives With: Basil, Berry, Bea, Benny Currently Living at: Foster home in the DC area I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Berry, and I am a cute little ten! I won't ask for much- just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be my kitten self. Two kittens are more fun than one and I'd love to be adopted with one of my super cute siblings! What My Foster Says About Me: Berry is the sole black cat of the litter and is on the shyer side. But don't let that fool you - she is already starting to come out of her shell a little at a time. :) She has a beautiful fluffy black coat and bright green eyes and one of those adorable black cat faces (if you know, you know). She definitely prefers the cover of something overhead at first, but as she has gotten more used to me, she is ok with coming out while I am in her room (and doesn't always run away if I move in her direction). Three days in, she will play in front of me, and even climbed in my lap for some pets and purrs this morning. She lets me pick her up and doesn't try to get away. She just needs a little patience and then she becomes a sweet and playful girl who deserves only the best! Kitten Vetting Requirements: Your kitten may not be fully vaccinated upon adoption. You will be responsible for providing whatever remaining vaccines are needed to complete the kitten vaccine series. TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for adult cats is $200 ($350 for two cats adopted together). The adoption fee for a kitten (under 7 months old) is $220 ($380 for two kittens adopted together). If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online at bit.ly/adoptaluckycat.
