Meet Big Daddy—a big boy with an even bigger heart! This handsome 2-3-year-old fellow was abandoned, but found his way to a loving foster home where he has been cared for and cherished. Now, he’s ready to find a forever home of his own.
Big Daddy enjoys his one-on-one time with his humans, soaking up pets and attention. He may need a little patience while he adjusts, but once he feels safe, he’ll show his appreciation with affection and loyalty. He’s not particularly fond of the younger, more energetic cats in his foster home, so he’d do best as the only cat or with an older, more mellow feline companion.
He’s been fine around dogs and would do well with a cat-friendly pup. Having lived outdoors before being rescued, Big Daddy would thrive in a home with a safe outdoor space where he can lounge and explore. A quieter home with older children who understand when to give him space would be the best match for this gentle giant.
If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion with a big presence, Big Daddy would love to be your guy!
Big Daddy is around 3 years old. He has been neutered and vaccinated. He is litter box trained.
The adoption fee for two cats is $125.
We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.
When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?
All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them. We also make sure all kittens are healthy before placing them in their forever home.
