Billy arrived at the shelter on 10/18/24 and is available for adoption. Billy is a Brown Tabby who is around a year old. Billy came in already neutered so all he will need is his rabies vaccination. Billy is a big boy with a big heart. He is sweet, loving, laid back and loves to talk. He is litter box trained and he doesn't seem to mind the other cats. He loves spending his days laying in his cubby and getting all the pets he can.
