Meet Binx! This sweet girl came into the shelter as a stray cat so we don't know anything about her past. But her finder describes her as a friendly, affectionate, playful, lap cat that loves attention. And we couldn't agree more. Binx will come right up to the front of her cage wanting love. You can pet her almost all over the place but avoid her belly, that's her no-no square.
