Birdie and her brother Bonsai were transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. Birdie is a round little lady who is anxious in new situations, which means she spends a lot of time here at our shelter hiding. But if you spend some time with her talking sweet talk & giving her head scratches, Birdie shows off a little of what we believe is her true loving purrsonality. We think that once she is comfortable in a loving home, Birdie will shine! She is affectionate, sweet, and clearly looking to make a connection with a person. She just needs a little time to acclimate and then she will be the love of someone's life!
