My Story

Meet Butternut! Butternut showed up outside with her mom and three siblings. Lucky for her, she was cared for outside by a friend of Fishtails until the family was ready to come inside! Two of Butternut’s siblings are already inside with their forever families and Butternut is currently fostered with her sister Acorn. They are sisterly sweet and could be adopted together or separately, as long as they would have a friend in their forever home! From her foster – “Butternut is a sweet girl who has opened up lots since coming inside. She is energetic and playful with her sister and also accepts cuddles from her humans, especially when they come with scritches! She is more interested in crunchy treats than churu and loves a good kicker toy. She is collector and keeper of toys – look out! If you’re looking for a sweet girl who will come to you for endless cuddles, on her own terms, is playful and entertaining, then look no further! Acorn and Butternut are still in quarantine from other pets in their foster home as they get up to date on vaccinations and dewormed, but seem easy-going so far with small dogs and a big dog nearby. They have not met any human children.” Date of birth – 05/01/2024 Ready to make Butternut part of your family forever?
