My Story

??Meet Caesar!!?? This sweet boy came from the streets of Baltimore. He found himself living in a colony of other cats but he was WAY too friendly to be living outside. So, Caesar came to BLAR and will remain with us until he find his forever home. He is neutered, vaccinated, combo tested negative, dewormed, flea treated and microchipped. So far Caesar seems to be okay with other cats and LOVES attention from humans. If you’re possibly in the market for another cat, please consider welcoming Caesar into your home.
