Hi, my name is Cheddar. I am a playful and friendly cat looking for my forever home! I'm a very curious Creamsicle boy and love to explore every nook and cranny of the house. I enjoy playing and need to investigate every box that comes into the house. Whatever you're doing, I'm likely to follow and see what's happening. While I love activity and adventure, I also really like to snuggle on a lap for a cozy nap. Plus, I really enjoy being petted and having my ears scratched. I like to explore, play with my toys, watch the birds and squirrels outside, and nap on a human's lap. I enjoy your company and thrive on your attention. Because I'm a curious and active guy, I need to have toys and stimulation to keep me busy and happy. I currently live in a room at my foster's house. There are two big humans here, and no small ones. They have a cat -friendly dog that I am friends with. I prefer to be the only cat in the house. I do get lonely and might be vocal if left alone for too long, so I'd love a home where I won't be by myself for extended periods. If you work from home or are around a lot during the day to give me plenty of pets and love, that would be ideal. I haven't met any children yet, but if they are gentle and used to cats, I bet I would be fine. It would also be best if I lived in a home without shared walls or hallways where I can hear people passing by when my humans aren't around (this might unsettle me). Since I came in from living outside and am learning how awesome life is indoors, my humans need to make sure that I don't dart outside when they open the door. I am ready to enjoy the cozy indoor life and need you to help keep me safe and loved. In return, I will give you all the affection and good orange boy vibes you could ever ask for! Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
