Chino

Chino is a friendly black boy, about seven months old, who needs a home. Once he entered his foster home, it did not take long for him to show himself to be a warm, friendly, playful boy with a ready. He is a social cat who should be adopted into an interactive home where he will not be unaccompanied for long periods of time ideally with at least one other cat, as he has not known any life without at least one other cat. We have not observed him with dogs or kids, but we believe he'd do well with kids who know how to treat cats respectfully. Chino is an easy cat who radiates an abundance of love and warmth-- even the vet staff commented on this. He would be suitable for a first-time adopter. Chino has been: - neutered - vaccinated against rabies and distemper - tested negative for FeLV and FIV - treated for worms and fleas Chino occasionally makes breathing noises. A sedated exam revealed no polyps or other abnormalities. Our vet determined he has mild sinusitis that requires no further treatment. It does not affect his quality of life. You remember that kid in elementary school who often had a stuffy nose? Chino is the feline version of that kid. His adopter will receive his medical records. There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee so we can continue to help cats in need. Cats can live up to 20 years, so give careful thought to the changes that are likely to occur in your life during that time.
