At seven months old Chopper has a lot of kitten in him yet, playing, chasing, just discovering catnip! He started life in a wonderful foster home where he knew love and lots of pets, and he just needs to have that environment again. He's on the main floor of the cat center, sharing space and food with 50+ other cats and I'm sure he'd rather have it all for himself.
