COOPUR

COOPUR was brought to us by folks who found him when clearing out a house that had been owned by a hoarder, who had died. COOPUR is a senior cat who has found himself taken from a home that he probably has had his entire life and brought by strangers to a shelter full of strangers and other cats. He is scared and not sure just yet how he feels about this strange new world he finds himself in. COOPUR has slowly begun gaining trust as he interacts with the other cats in the room. When he first arrived he came off as grumpy and just wanted left alone, but he is starting to cautiously come for a quick pet or cheek scratch. He is still skittish though and retreats from quick movements. COOPUR will need a patient quiet person who will give him lots of space and time to adjust to his new home. But with time and patience, this elder statesman should become a wonderful companion for many years to come.
