Cosmie K

Cosmie K is a charming little girl with sleek black fur -- she's got a look that’ll melt your heart! She and her brother, Max K, were sadly abandoned at a remote house out in the country when they were just babies. Despite the rough start, Cosmie K is a total sweetheart who’s super social and loves being around others. Luckily, they were rescued by a kind soul and brought into foster care with the Somerset-Pulaski County Humane Society. Now, Cosmie K is living the good life in a loving foster home with other young cats (and even a couple of dogs!) where she’s thriving. Cosmie K is: - Playful & curious – she’s endlessly entertained by simple toys like boxes or bits of crinkled paper. - Active – She’ll happily play for hours before crashing for a long nap to recharge. - Healthy - Cosmie is up to date on all age appropriate vaccines and has been treated for parasites. She will be Spayed and micro-chipped when she is old enough. (If he is adopted before he is old enough to be neutered, SPCHS will provide a voucher to cover the cost of neutering.) While she’s super attached to her brother Max, they are not a “bonded pair” and can be adopted solo if needed. However, they’d love to go to their furever home together if possible! Cosmie K is still adjusting to life with dogs and hasn’t had exposure to children yet, but she’s a friendly young lady who just needs a safe, loving home to flourish. We really need YOUR help to cover the cost of care of these animals. NOTE: Kittens cannot be accurately tested for FIV/FeLeuk until at least 10-12 weeks of age. S-PCHS does not allow untested kittens to go to their forever homes until they show a negative test. Applications may be submitted for review, but kitten adoptions will only be finalized when after age appropriate testing is complete. As with all YOUNG kittens, SPCHS will not permit Max K to be adopted by a family with children under 6 years old.
