My Story

1.5-year-old Cranberry was first sighted in the FUR parking lot on Thanksgiving, along with several other terrified cats. He was able to be safely captured and brought indoors the next day, along with two younger cats. He was quite protective of them, and we thought he may have been their "mom", until we found out he was male. Cranberry has a very unique coat color. He is still quite shy and isn't confident about being petted. Once he starts getting petted, he enjoys it, and we are sure he will be a great companion with time and patience. He loves treats, and very much wants to make friends. He loves other cats and is getting comfortable enough to enjoy playing with toys. He is especially bonded with Chestnut, one of "his kittens".
