David is a special needs cat, he was born with Cerebellar hypoplasia in cats, sometimes colloquially known as wobbly cat syndrome, is a medical condition that results in a part of the brain known as the cerebellum being unable to develop fully. David is just a little wobbly, he eats, drinks and uses the bathroom independently. Stairs might be a little tricky for him. David loves attention and to be pet! Come on over to HSLC and meet him!
