Dobby has already been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV, FeLV, and heartworm. His adoption fee is just $65, and he is available here at Cascades Humane Society. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6 PM, with our last adoption processed at 5:30 PM. We prioritize walk-ins and have cardboard carriers available for purchase if needed.
