Edamame

Edamame DSH tabby, male, approx. 6 months old Meet sweet Edamame. Edamame arrived at our shelter as a small, scared stray. While at first extremely shy, the shelter staff found the way to his heart was through play. He really broke through his shell, when he discovered the wand, jumping, chasing and wanting for pets! …and of course some tasty treats helped, too! Edamame has since joined Cat Room 1 and is doing great with the other young cats in the room. We believe he would make a good companion for another cat, and that it could even help him feel more confident. He would do best in a quiet home with someone wanting to work on continuing to socialize him. With just a little time building trust, Edamame is able to feel comfortable around people and seeks out their affection. Once that happens, get ready to fall in love and have a new friend for life!
