When Edward arrived at the shelter in October, none of us suspected he'd still be here past Christmas. After all, he's a cute little kitten with an adorable face. But the shelter proved to be incredibly stressful for him, causing Edward to hide from any visitors who might want to adopt him. For months, volunteers tried to pet him to no avail. Enter the winter storm. We sent Edward to a foster home to stay safe, hoping he wouldn't be too upset by the move. He flourished! Out of the bustle of the shelter, Edward embraced his foster family after a short acclimation period. He loved their cat and two large dogs. He was gentle and sweet with their nine year-old daughter. He was a brand new cat, affectionate and brave. Now that we know what this special boy is capable of in a loving home, we want him to find one! Could it be yours?
