Faline 17 ACCT-A-208901 is an 8-year-old male that came in as an owner surrender on 12/12. Per staff on 1/03: "Cat escaped went to grab cat with bite gloves on, was bitten through gloves. One wound that drew blood" Per staff on 12/19: "Could not get close to cat through kennel door, cat would continue to hiss, swat at the petting stick, and lunge." Per staff on 12/17: "Unable to administer medication. Even in food. Cat is violent. Smacked the food out my hand twice." Per staff on 12/13: "He was lying in the back of kennel with dilated pupils. He flinched from the wand and when i tried to give him some churu hissed. I tried again with the wand, and this time he swatted the wand and hissed. Go very slow. Needs time" Due to being significantly overcapacity with dogs and cats and higher than usual intake, extensions are unlikely to be granted.
