My Story

FALSETTO was brought to the shelter as a Stray. At less than a year, this young boy has not been on his own for long. FALSETTO loves to play and loves attention. He will gladly roll over for bellyrubs and long full body pets. But not for long. As a "kitten", FALSETTO has the attention span of a toddler. He plays hard, then sleeps hard. Sometimes, when he is done with love and wants to play, he also nips a bit! But he is not being mean, he is just being a kitten! As a stray, we have no information on him, so have no idea how he will be with other cats, dogs or kids. He is young enough, he should do fine with any non-aggressive pets and with kids, as long as everyone realizes that he is still learning and can be over-stimulated when play gets rough. Children also need to be old enough to understand what soft pets mean, that cats do not like hard squeezes or hugs, and that scratches and biting can occur during rough play. This baby was lucky to be found and brought to the shelter before the snow and cold sets in. Now FALSETTO is looking for a home to grow up in, never to have to face an uncertain future again.
