Freddy is s super sweet boy we was surrendered to BARC Houston and was rescued on his euthanasia day. It did not take this sweetie pie more than a few days in his foster home to come out of his shell and request all the pets! His nickname is "Teddy" because he loves to snuggle on your lap like a teddy bear! Freddy had a rough start in life, can you be his happy ending?
