My Story

Frisco is a little shy at first but absolutely adores pets and snuggles! He was found living under a train bridge in Philly and was super filthy, sick and scared. He was so grateful to be rescued and loves to head butt you and celebrates being pet with lots of biscuits! He gets along well with dogs, cats and even ferrets!
