Meet Frost, our stunning all-black female cat! This resilient girl was found dumped outside the shelter with her brother, Coal, left in a kennel overnight in the bitter December cold. Despite her rough start, Frost has shown an incredible ability to bounce back and cultivate a loving spirit. She will share her warm heart and gentle nature with the right family.
