Geraldine

Meet gorgeous Geraldine, a playful 7-year-old explorer. She was part of an outdoor colony and was brought to our shelter with her kittens last fall. All her kittens have been adopted out to loving homes, and now this independent mama is looking for a home of her own. Geraldine has experience living outside but also seems to appreciate the comforts of indoor life. She is still quite independent, and we think she may be happiest in a home where she has freedom to roam - whether exclusively indoors or enjoying an indoor/outdoor life. Geraldine can be slow to warm up to people, but several staff members have gained her trust, and she enjoys snuggling into their arms. She enjoys enrichment activities like eating from her feeder ball and playing with wand toys. When you walk into the cat room, you may spot Geraldine exploring new heights in cat trees. She enjoys pets and cuddles-on her terms-and has the potential to be a friendly companion. She may even prove to be a great mouser!
