Hi friends, I’m Gino! I’m a young, handsome boy waiting for a second chance in life. I was adopted from PAHS as a small kitten and thought I found my forever family. Sadly, I was returned to the shelter as an adult when my request for boundaries was mistaken as "aggression". Though I am not a fan of being held and cuddled, I am an extremely playful little guy and especially love my string toys, kitty tunnel, and scratching post. If I may let you in on a little secret, I also like to splash in my water bowl and would likely benefit from a no-spill bowl. While my play sessions can get a bit rowdy, I do enjoy some calm pets after I have decompressed. Once I get to know you, I’ll even treat you to my special head butts of affection. I am able to keep myself occupied when left alone but ideally prefer to be around my people. Don't worry, I will be sure to remind you of my presence just in case you forget I am there :) My foster pawrent has another cat and small breed dog and has reported that I am very curious in getting to know them. If you have a resident pet, be sure to speak with one of the PAHS cat attendants to see if we may be suitable siblings.
