My Story

Meet Ginseng, a young feline who's as sweet as his namesake. His past life was spent in a TNR location, but now he's reveling in the comfort of the indoors. Ginseng is a bit shy, but don't let that fool you. Once he warms up, his gentle nature shines through. He's a quiet companion, perfect for someone seeking a calm presence. He also would be a perfect companion for a lonely kitty as he's often found comforting the scared cats in his room. Though he's not one for the spotlight, Ginseng has a knack for making every moment special. His resilience is inspiring, and his love is boundless. If you're looking for a friend who will appreciate the simple joys of a safe home, Ginseng is your guy. Adopt Ginseng and let his gentle spirt blossom as your love for him grows. You can meet Ginseng and all of his friends at the C.A.R.E. Adoption Center 7 days a week 11-7 at 1328 W. Sunshine St. in Springfield. Fill out an adoption application here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CAST/Cat All C.A.R.E rescue kitties are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick prevention, and given a general dewormer!
