My Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi all, I am Gizmo. I am a big gentle dude who loves his humans! I live with my foster human parents and brother and I love them all! I also live with a foster cat brother, but I am not too fond of him. My foster parents think I take a bit longer to be OK with other cats, so if given a choice, I would love a home where I could be the only king of the house! I am loyal to my humans, follow them around like there is a string attached between us, and love to rub against their limbs- sometime to the point that I need them to stop walking and wait for me to finish my rubbing! LOL! I am very smart and pick up on sounds and words very quickly. I use litterbox perfectly, love wet food and tolerate dry food. I make funny chirping sounds when I am content and with my humans. I like to cuddle, like being held and love being stroked! While I love my humans, I am also an independent dude when needed! Could I be your forever family member? Gizmo is from an owner surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
