My Story
All that glitters is Goldie!
Are you looking for a hyper-sociable, engaging companion that doesn't believe in personal space? Fluffy, gorgeous Goldie is the guy for you! He will provide all the face nuzzles, head butts, lap cuddles, and conversation you could need, all while permanently looking like a Golden Aged Hollywood star standing in front of a fan. Goldie can get a little overstimulated at times when playing, but otherwise he's a big softy who wants to be on or near people (any people!) at all times.
Goldie has quite a bit of food insecurity from being a stray so he'd do best in a house with either no other cats or cats who also eat all their food at meal times (or a home with the ability to feed separately in different rooms). He will also try to steal human food like some sort of Jersey shore seagull, so his new family should keep that in mind when it comes time to feed yourself (his previous foster caretaker would isolate in him a room when eating and prepared stovetop meals). He is also a prolific door dasher, so a well secured home would be best to avoid escape attempts.
