My Story

Hanna’s Plea Let us introduce you to Hanna. Back in 2020, we got a call about a very skinny cat on a porch. The tenant believed this cat had possibly given birth recently. We went to get mom and babies, but no babies were found. It was obvious this poor cat (a baby herself) had a litter that did not survive. Hanna was brought to Cat NAPS where she was fully vetted and fed lots of yummy food. Then one day, a gentleman caller came for Hanna, and the rest was history, or so we thought. Hanna’s adopter passed away in Autumn, leaving Hanna alone and scared again. Kind neighbors stepped in and took care of Hanna for a few weeks until she safely arrived in her new foster home. We were hopeful for Hanna, but unfortunately, she isn’t very happy in her foster home. It’s obvious to see Hanna was the object of her adopter’s affection. After being the only cat in the home for a while, Hanna is used to that “one and only” lifestyle. She does not tolerate other cats in the home well. When the other cats aren’t present, Hanna likes to play with her toys and she looooovessss big kisses on her head. She enjoys snuggling with her foster mom and exploring the new digs. Hanna has been so brave during this transitional time in her life. We are hopeful Hanna will soon find herself a new forever home, where she can be the one and only again. Hanna is on the bigger side, so we also hope her new family will help her reach her weight loss goals. Hanna is fully vetted with updated rabies vaccine.
