Sometimes people wait so long to ask for help when feeding stray cats, that more kittens are born, making the help two-fold—fix the strays and rescue the kittens. Luckily, three little boys came to FOWA—Hobbs, Howie and Hawk, where they have learned how to play and love, even with their foster mother’s dog.
