Meet Handsome Howard (45367). Howard is a 1 year old neutered male cat looking to find the perfect home. Howard loves attention and is engaging with people. He is playful at times, but also enjoys just sitting contently next to you while you give him pets. Howard was brought to the shelter as a stray originally and had been found roaming around the Howard County Community College. Visit during our Animal Viewing hours below to meet and apply on him.
