IAN MCSHANE is a sweet and loving Blue Point Siamese boy. He is a gentle, sweet, old man with an amazing Siamese personality!! He also has a gorgeous coat and amazing blue eyes. He is 7 1/2 years old, but very lively and playful.
IAN MCSHANE loves other cats, but people even more! He loves to be held, cuddled, and petted, which is amazing considering he lived years of his life outside, fending for himself. He is amazingly healthy and happy, with the appetite of a wolf! He trusts instantly, and craves affection. He is so happy to be loved and cared for. IAN MCSHANE loves people and attention. He will be a source of amusement, but also a great lap cat! He would be a great kitty for a senior, or for a family that wants a low-key boy that has endless love!!!
IAN MCSHANE is absolutely stunning and has the common Siamese trait of deep, blue eyes! He has big paws and big head, but his ears have been boxed, possibly from fighting, or from ear mites when living outdoors. They are folded over and are adorable! We think he is a handsome devil. You'll love this dog-cat!!!
IAN MCSHANE was just tested abd was negative for feline leukemia, but tested posted for FIV. It shouldn't affect him negatively she he needs no ongoing treatment. It's very difficult to transmit to another cat.
IAN MCSHANE is ready for immediate adoption! He MUST be picked up this coming week. If you can't adopt him in this window, please don't apply for him.
There will be a lot of demand for IAN MCSHANE. He will have an adopter very quickly! Make sure to send an email requesting an application. IF YOU ARE NOT READY FOR IMMEDIATE ADOPTION, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!!!
Filling out an application does not guarantee adoption of a particular kitten. We receive many applications for each listed cat, and we review them carefully to ensure a good fit. Of approvable applications, we give precedence to the earliest that we receive.
All of our cats and kittens are rescues and seek loving homes.
All of our cats are spayed/neutered, given age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV and FeLV, as well as given flea, heartworm, and ear mite prevention.
We do not DNA or allergy test our cats. We cannot guarantee the breed mix, as we are a rescue, not breeders.
Please note that we are a privately run rescue. We are not government funded and get very few donations. The care that we provide, the animals that we rescue, all costs are covered out of pocket, so our adoption fees are higher than what you may find at a funded or government shelter.
