My Story

Hello, I am Imposter De Catio. I tricked my foster mom into thinking I was Pico De Catio, because while she was working from home, Pico was sitting next to her most of the morning. He got up and left the room and I quickly jumped over in his spot and laid down. She didn't notice until later in the day when her daughter said "Why you calling that one Pico? Picos in my room and has been since lunch!!" That is about when my foster mom noticed and said... "We shall call you Imposter." I was new to my rescue foster home and had stayed hidden for several days until this incident. But I took it as a perfect opportunity to decide that I LOVE people and affection!! Since that day, I have decided to follow everyone around the house and get attention from anyone who will give it to me. My favorite place to mess with humans is when they are trapped on the toilet throne. I take that as my opportunity to demand full attention!!! I am a sweet baby and have discovered the joy of cat toys!! Prior to coming into my rescue foster home, I was an outdoor cat that didn't know how grand life could be inside. I didn't know what I was missing because I had a sweet couple who caught me as a kitten and had me fixed, then fed me every day and even gave me an outdoor cat shelter. But now that I have enjoyed the indoor life, I prefer not to go outside. Please visit our website https://ms-cap.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
