She and her 3 siblings were born to their mom, Jillian (she's listed here on Petfinder with her own brother Jackson). Their mom was taken inside when she brought her tiny kittens to her caretaker. Jemma, her mom and siblings were taken in by their foster after the caretaker contacted CNYCC.
