My Story

*** If you have any questions or would like to meet any of our adoptable cats, email [email protected]. Please include a cell number and check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a timely response. Meet Jersey Cow! This lovely girl was found as a young stray before being brought indoors to safety. She has been living in a loving foster home while waiting to find her forever family. Jersey Cow would be perfect for an adopter looking for an independent and low-maintenance companion cat. She is very sweet at night, when she enjoys snuggling. During the day, she mostly keeps to herself and prefers pets and attention to be on her terms. She can be timid in new environments and will need a little time to feel comfortable. Jersey Cow lives with seven other cats and a dog in her foster home, and despite being a tiny girl, she does not let them boss her around! Simply put, she is a girl that knows what she wants and likes! Want to help care for her while she waits to find her forever home? You can be a "Sponsor!" Click on the "sponsor" button on this profile and your one-time donation will be used for vital everyday essentials such as her food, litter and medical care! Thank you for helping save lives! All NAWS cats are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccines. A Cat Adoption Application is required should you decide you’d like to apply to adopt a NAWS cat. Please complete and submit the application electronically on our website at http://www.nawsus.org.
