Hi, I am Jewel. I am a sweet, loving and gentle older lady looking for a home. I enjoy taking long naps on my heating pad and basking in the sun. I am terrified of dogs and need a home without them. I would love to meet you. You should know that I have a chronic medical condition called hyperthyroidism that is currently being managed with twice daily medication. I will need to be on this medication for the rest of my life and will need more frequent veterinary health checks. Another thing, I am a little high maintenance and I like to have two litterboxes around to do my business. Don't let this disuade you from taking me home though, I make up for it with my gentle nature and my love for being carried around to explore.
