Hi there, my name is Kestrel ! When I came to the shelter, I was originally part of the Barn Cat program. Cats in the program (including myself) have their left ear tipped during surgery, since it is the universal indicator that a cat is altered when outdoors. However, my behavior has indicated that I am shy, but not feral. Now I am here on the adoption floor, waiting to meet my forever family! I am still a bit nervous about being indoors and meeting new people, so please go slow with me. I may do well as an indoor/outdoor cat, where I can enjoy both being in a home and outside. Staff and volunteers, please continue to work on socialization and helping me feel more comfortable with people. If you have any questions, please ask shelter staff.
