Maple

Maple is a sweet, energetic 1-year-old who loves cuddles and head scratches. When he first arrived he was very nervous and shy. He has since blossomed into an amazing and super friendly boy! He absolutely adores laying in your lap and just wants to soak up all your attention up. This kitty has a common parasites called Tritrichomonas foetus, or T. foetus, in their belly that causes loose stool. Fortunately, it is often considered more of an inconvenience than a medical emergency. Though medical treatment tends to be unsuccessful, it can resolve on its own. In the meantime, they should not be with other kitties to prevent its spread (it can't spread to people!). Being a carrier doesn't impact their health or life, but it may make some stinky poops!
