Meet Mason! Mason's (3mos Long hair white and red) adventure began when his cries were heard from the base of a 15-foot pillar in Goodyear. A kind person posted a plea for help on a Facebook 'Rescue' page, and the legendary Crazy Cat Couple of Arizona (CCCAZ) came to the rescue. The finder had been chiseling at the bottom part of the pillar for hours when CCCAZ came to help. Thanks to the ingenuity of CCCAZ, a bright flashlight and kitten sounds played by a mobile phone, Mason was freed within a few short minutes. This brave and adventurous kitten was soon picked up by Desert Paws Rescue, where he met CosmoGirl99. These two fluffballs are inseparable. Mason searches for CosmoGirl99 with a lost look in his eyes if they are separated, and she looks up to him as the "original cat's meow." They would do well being adopted together, with Mason providing comfort and courage to CosmoGirl99. Mason would do fine in any home with a tolerant and fun-loving playful cat, preferably CosmoGirl99. Both are good with other cats and a well-behaved, bouncy dog. Due to Mason's neediness and tendency to climb legs like tree trunks, a toddler-free home might be best. Mason is is neutered, microchipped, FVRCP vaccinated, and has tested negative for FeLV and FIV. !!!
