Molly

Most people know that humans experience multiple stages of grief while healing from the loss of a loved one. Did you know that animals do too? I’m Molly, a grey and white adult female who was brought to the shelter because my owner passed away recently. I’ve been passed around from one home to another then another and yet another before I was brought to the shelter. Can you imagine how upset and confused I felt? Growl! I feel comforted when someone pets me, but I need people to be patient and gentle with me as my spirit mends and I begin to overcome my loneliness and uncertainty. I am vocalizing my feelings – if you can only understand what I mean, what I want! I did play a little bit. Play is a distraction, and attention from humans is too. It all helps some. Little by little, maybe I will feel like myself again so that I can be someone’s special Molly girl once more. Adoption fee $100 + microchip fee $30 + tax
