Description: Mozart was given his name due to his use of vocals as a form of socializing. Found outdoors and born to a feral mother, Mo was trapped and neutered, but then brought to our rescue to try and rehabilitate him into a more adoptable kitty. While progress is slow, we are pleased to see him making positive strides. When he first arrived, he would hiss and hide and would avoid contact. But all it took was churu treats and soft talking with petting to turn his frown upside down! Every time the door opens, Mo rushes over to greet me with a mew and biscuit making paws. Her's still a little skittish, but that is okay! He will need an adopter that will give him the patience and compassion he needs to blossom into the great cat we know he can be. Mo is good with other cats, but isn't warming up to the resident dog yet. Older children would be best. Litterbox trained.
