Meet Ms. Butterworth! She is a gorgeous 3-year-old girl that is looking for a new home, this time one that lasts forever. She was sadly relinquished to an animal control in Tennessee which put her at risk of euthanasia. Luckily, she was rescued and made the long trip north for a better chance at a loving home.
Ms. Butterworth is very friendly, sweet, outgoing and curious. She is chatty and begs for attention. She has an adorable personality and certainly has a lot of love to share.
This little lady requires an experienced cat adopter. Her past medical records from Tennessee show that she was on antidepressant medication and would sometimes urinate in her bed. We do not know what her stress level, living conditions, or care level was in her prior home, however. We do want to make sure she is with an adopter that will monitor her closely for a reoccurrence of these issues. Since her time at NAWS, we have not witnessed these behaviors, but her adopter should be aware of his history and review her prior medical records.
Want to help care for her while she waits to find her forever home? You can be a "Sponsor!" Click on the "sponsor" button on this profile and your one-time donation will be used for vital everyday essentials such as her food, litter and medical care! Thank you for helping save lives!
All NAWS cats are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccines.
A Cat Adoption Application is required should you decide you’d like to apply to adopt a NAWS cat. Please complete and submit the application electronically on our website at http://www.nawsus.org.
