My Story

If you’re looking for a purr-fect companion, Mufasa is the one for you! This adorable orange girl is not just named after a lion; she’s got the heart of a gentle giant. Mufasa is super sweet, affectionate, and loves to cuddle up with her favorite humans. Whether she’s basking in the sun or curling up on your lap, Mufasa thrives on companionship and will fill your home with love and joy. She’s great with people of all ages and enjoys playtime just as much as a good snuggle session. My adoption fee is only $50! This fee covers all of my vaccinations, microchip, FELV/FIV test, and my spay/neuter! Think I might be the purrfect fit? Apply online at https://animalwelfarefriends.org/adopt/application/ OR you can apply in person once you have met me! Even take me home that same day once approved! Come in any day during open-business hours!! Please Note: All adoptions are on a first-come first served basis with approved adoption applicants. We do not hold animals unless the adoption is out-of-state, and fees apply. The animal's welfare is our first and only priority, in doing so, they are moved from the shelter into their respective homes as quickly, & humanely as possible to remove the risk of undergoing extreme stress, immune system compromission, & behavioral concerns. DISCLAIMER: Genetic Breed accuracy is NOT guaranteed; we assess by the following: Interview with or paperwork from with the previous owner Intake evaluation observations (behavior, physical appearance, and energy level) Source documents from which to analyze characteristics Consultation with other staff
