Looking for a feline companion with an out-of-this-world personality? Look no further than Nasa the kitty with a stellar presence and a heart as vast as the cosmos.
Nasa is a big boy with big love to give. He loves pets, rolling around on the floor asking for belly rubs and he is an expert at finding the coziest spots to curl up in.
He is an absolute lap cat and just wants to find a comfy spot to sit in and purr away. He loves head scratches, and gazing into your eyes as you give him pets.
His "wild" side comes out when the catnip does! However, even his wild side is tame and he prefers to flop and roll around in his catnip rather than zoom around.
He came to us in rough shape, so he asks his potential future family to please excuse his scars. He is a lover, not a fighter and the mean streets of Houston were not the place for this boy. Anyways, they just add personality and give him a cool story to tell .
Nasa is the biggest teddy bear of a kitty, and would love a home where he can enjoy the calm routine of indoor life. He is happy to know that he is safe & sound, enjoying the indoors and all they have to offer.
Nasa would love to be the only kitty in your life, but he also wouldn't mind another calm kitty companion. He sometimes finds energetic or loud pets to be a little overwhelming and scary - despite being a tough looking guy, he is a big baby.
**Nasa is FIV+ but that's nothing to worry about! He can still have a happy and long life expectancy like other kitties. This just means that his immune system is slightly compromised. With standard regular veterinarian care, good diet, and inside living, there really is no reason that he will not live out a long happy kitty life. However, if you have other cats in your family you do have to know that FIV can be passed through deep bites. Three Little Pitties Rescue has been in operation for almost 4 years. We have transported and adopted out over 8,000 animals and have thousands of former adopters who keep in touch in our private Facebook group as a testament of high standards for animal vetting preparation and adoption placement.
All animals are seen multiple times by a licensed veterinarian and are fully vetted prior to adoption according to our extensive medical standards. Lucille will receive a health certificate (stating that a licensed veterinarian saw the pet and deemed it healthy for travel). Lucille is up to date on vaccines according to age, has received proper deworming and flea prevention, is microchipped, combo tested, neutered, and comes with one month free trial of pet insurance if registered by adopter with the insurance company.
We care deeply about placing our pets with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives.
