Neo is a handsome short haired black boy! He is sweet, affectionate, and loving with people, and is outgoing and playful. He gets along well with other cats but would also be okay as an only cat. He may need a little time adjusting in a new home but once he has adjusted, he will be a wonderful companion. He will most likely rule the house in no time! He is not used to dogs or small children.
