Meet Nero - The Curious, Affectionate Cat with a Playful Heart! Nero is a gorgeous 1-year-old black and white boy who was found as a stray and is now ready to find a loving forever home. While he can be a little skittish at first, Nero quickly warms up into an affectionate, attention-seeking sweetheart who absolutely loves to be petted-especially butt scratches! This playful guy enjoys spending his time watching the world go by from the window or enjoying a little "Catflix" (his favorite YouTube videos feature birds, fish, and buzzing flies). He's curious about everything and loves being where the action is-but he's also a lap cat at heart, always happy to settle in close once he feels safe. He's not a fan of being held for long, but will happily climb up to perch on your shoulder like a little parrot. Nero isn't super into treats, but he's all about connection and companionship. He loves interactive playtime and would thrive with another friendly, moderately playful cat who's up for being his buddy. He's currently living with another cat, but that cat isn't as into play, so Nero's still searching for his perfect match. He could be good with older kids, and will thrive in a home where people and fellow felines are around to keep him company, but we're not sure how Nero feels about dogs.
