Upper Arlington, OH Need a foster with intent to adopt or home Hi my name is Nim I am a blue sheeted marble bengal boy and am estimated to be about 2 years old. I have a lot of energy and want to be a really sweet boy, but I will take some patience. I am an intelligent kitty who is eager to learn. I loves treats, looking out the windows, talking to birds, pets(especially head scratches), the water fountain(he loves to help you refill it), and many toys- my favorite is this mouse bobble toy that is a lot of fun. I use a wheel multiple times a day, so that is a must for me to be happy. I have had excellent litter box habits. I am a goofball that likes to play a lot and am very happy to show you how high I can jump during play with a wand toy. I have been picked up a about a dozen times by my foster mom and have occasionally thought about sitting in laps but I do tend to get a little overstimulated if there are a lot of changes and loud noises in a short period of time. We have had a few bite incidents when he is trying to initiate play or gets really fired up. We have had some luck curbing the habit but are not at 100%. If you notice he is getting to worked up encouraging him to use the scratch post and getting out a wand toy usually does the trick. When he is in that mood fuzzy socks also seem to be a trigger for play, slippers and regular socks have not been a problem. Also wear jeans at least until he is settled. He seems interested in my cats, and flips upside down to try to play when they are on the other side of the door so I suspect he will get a long well with others with proper introductions. He will be a good kitty if with some time and patience, unfortunately the resident cats where he is currently at are not going to allow that.
